The Start of OUR Blog!
So I have decided to start a blog for all of my family here, there, and everywhere to keep up with The Busby/Koczrowski's. I know this is our blog site but I will also post about our entire family. Not just the four of us. So a little catch up for all of you. My name is Brittany Busby, soon to be Brittany Koczrowski. I am in love with Joseph John Koczrowski III aka Joey. We have 2 beautiful boys. Brenton Stevens, who is mine from my first marriage, he is 4 born March 20, 2006. He is a ball of entergy always has to be on the go. I guess he gets that from me. He is very intelligent and he will start pre-k this year at CCA. Mommy is very excited but sad at the same time. Joseph John Koczrowski IV, is our little boy together, born July 20, 2009. He was born with a lot of health issues that we are still dealing with to this day and have major surgeries ahead of us but he is the happiest baby I have ever know and you cant even tell he has all those problems. He was born with Gastroschisis(intestines on the outside), Right Renal Agensis (missing right kidney), Imperforate anus(no hole to the outsie). He recovered from all of that just fine and in March 2010 we went to the doctor due to he was passing stool through his penis, and found out he has a fistula(hole) between his bladder and his colon. The surgeon, Dr. Hansbrough, who is awesome by the way, preformed surgery the next day and come to find out he has a very rare condition. Not sure exactly what to call it but it a duplication of the colon. Basically he has his normal colon and on the back of it is a sack kinda like a backpack that has an entrance hole at the top but no exit at the bottom and was just collecting stool. So she did a colostomy. So that is were we stand today. We have two colostomy bags, and are doing very well. Went to Dr. Hansbrough two weeks ago and we are looking at surgery come September. Not sure when in September but I will keep yall all informed. Oh and pictures to come also.
